Pour 25 grandes gaufrettes
500g de farine
4 oeufs
20g de levure de boulanger
10cl de lait
125g de beurre
25g de sucre semoule
Pour le fourrage:
175g de beurre fondu
175g de cassonade
175g de sucre glace
Delayer la levure dans le lait tiedi et sucre. Mettre a fondre les 125g de beurre. Faire une fontaine avec la farine, les oeufs battu et le beurre fondu. Ajouter le lait et la levure. Petrir l’ensemble a consistance. Detailler 25 petites quenelles et les laisser lever a temperature chaude. Pendant ce temps preparer le fourrage en melangeant les 175g de beurre/cassonade/sucre glace. Faire cuire les quenelles dans un gaufrier equipe d’une plaque a gaufrette. Separer en 2 et a chaud les gaufrettes et repartir le fourrage dedans
